There are a few possible causes for the Sensor Device not switching on:n
- The battery is empty. Charge the Sensor Device according to section “How to use the Lunoa SPT daily” in the Instructions for Use. After a few hours, the Sensor Device should be fully charged and functional again.
- The Sensor Device has an internal error. Contact customer support via firstname.lastname@example.org or call (800) 345-64-43.
